exporter / shipper.We ensure faster feeder vessel connection
ex transshipment point (Singapore) by keeping closely
liaison with its Singapore & loading points.We confirm
connected feeder vessel name & voyage with sailing
date ex transshipment point and expected arrival date
Chittagong port to the consignee with in 24 hours. |

We
issue arrival notice to the consignee before 72 hours
of the vessel arrival at Chittagong port. We issue delay
notice to the consignee if not taken the delivery within
5 days after discharging. We constantly keep informed
to the loading point on delivery position ,until goods
taken delivery by the consignee. We issue bank guarantee
(when original documents are not available) after receiving
confirmation from loading point, if wanted by the consignee
and if agreed by supplier. On arrival of cargoes we
complete survey work by own cost, for every single consignment,
irrespective of consignee wants it or not and also transmit
the report to the issuer of house B/L for information. |

offer safe domestic transportation of import goods as
required by the consignee.We keep ourselves always alert
to cope with any problem, if arises. |

by keeping closely liaison with carrier.We issue shipping
details to the Shipper, Buyers local agent & delivery
point (our counterpart), as per requirement. |

confirm connected Mother vessel name & voyage and
the date of sailing from transshipment point (Singapore
/ Colombo) by 24 hours - to the shipper, Buyers local
agent & our counterpart at delivery point. |

We
complete survey work (SEA), before shipment, by own
cost, for every single consignment, irrespective of
shipper / consignee wants it or not. And also transmit
the report to the counterpart, at delivery point for
information. We constantly keep inform to the counterpart
(Port of discharge point) about cargo position. |
